O-Laryea law is a boutique law firm in Ghana, West Africa established to offer strategic legal advisory services to entrepreneurs, startups, FinTechs, and businesses operating within the Ghanaian business environment.
We offer quality cost-effective legal services and specialize in advising our clients on their business structure and company incorporation in Ghana, private equity financing and venture capital, commercial and corporate law, legal due diligence, licensing, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, employment, and labour relations. We also assist our clients with their property acquisition process in Ghana.
